The business is privately owned and rapidly growing.In line with this growth, they seek to appoint a proven leader of Sales personnel, to build upon this already successful operation and to take full ownership of business development, account management and new business. You will take full responsibility for all areas of sales, the team, the processes and for its ongoing growth and development. As part of the senior management team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the business.This is a creative environment and a 360 model - your team will not only be responsible to winning and closing the business but also for taking the brief and conceiving and designing the winning solution. The vast majority of customers are generated via marketing, the website, repeat business, referrals or through their long-standing presence at the top of their market. Leads are warm or active enquiries.Ideally you will have proven experienceBuilding and leading a capable sales teamManaging and developing sales processesSetting targets and leading a team to achieving themIdeally you will have experience of the above gained within a service-based industry (Customer focussed)Management of sales support technology (CRM etc)The company has a modern approach to employment, relaxed, friendly, open minded and fun, yet highly professional.
