The successful candidate will commence midJanuary2026. The Executive Officer provides highlevel executive support that enables effective and studentfocused leadership, clear communication and professional documentation that reflect the values of Seton Catholic College. Key responsibilities include diary management for both the Principal & DFO, preparation of the College newsletter, College reports, coordination of meetings and accurate minutetaking and the development of other documents as required. The Executive Officer is instrumental in developing and maintaining positive relationships across the College community, including external stakeholders.
