AI Augmented Data Architect Location: Hybrid Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. About the role The AI Augmented Data Architect assesses and designs complex solutions incorporating GenAI throughout the project lifecycle. She/he acts as subjectmatter expert and team lead on major engagements, delivering highquality, innovative services. Responsibilities Develop new solution offerings with GenAI capabilities including AIpowered training plans and sales enablement materials. Use GenAI analytics to monitor and improve project quality and deliverables. Assess client systems and architectures with GenAI tools, produce AIbased conclusions and recommendations. Apply GenAI to enhance software development and testingAIdriven code generation, test automation, defect prediction. Draft proposal components, letters of understanding, and RFP responses using GenAI for rapid, highquality content. Collaborate with internal teams to define service opportunities and create AIaugmented delivery standards, templates, and reusable work products. Coach teammates, encouraging GenAI adoption and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, emphasising responsible and ethical GenAI use. Drive ongoing professional growth and leadership within the Data & AI practice. Qualifications Extensive experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced Microsoft solutions with GenAI integration across Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. Proven consulting or professional services experience applying GenAI to solve complex client challenges. Deep expertise with the Azure Data platform (SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric) and GenAI for data engineering, advanced analytics, and automated insights. Advanced Python programming skills for developing Insights Data & AI accelerators. Handson experience with dbt (data build tool), especially in GenAIenabled automation of data transformation, documentation, and QA. Continuous learning and application of emerging GenAI technologies.
