After witnessing firsthand the logistics challenges faced by SMBs, the founders evolved the business into a tech-first fulfilment solution.What Were Looking For:We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with at least 4-5 years experience in Product Management to manage SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform. Experience within startups and subject matter expertise in shipping / logistics / eCommerce would be highly regarded. Experience building and deploying low code/no code apps is valuable.Key Responsibilities:Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform.Lead initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, and Engineering.User DiscoveryConduct discovery sessions with end users to identify pain points and uncover new opportunities.Evaluate whether challenges should be addressed through core product engineering or rapid low-code/no-code experimentation.Rapid Prototyping & Solution BuildingBuild and deploy MVPs or internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms to validate new opportunitiesEnsure solutions evolve with the business and manage the graceful transition or sunset of tools as needed.Adoption & IterationPromote adoption and collect feedback to iterate quickly.Track success using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, growth, operations, and product teams to align with technical and business objectives.Stay current with ecommerce, shipping trends and emerging low-code/no-code technologies.Proactively recommend tools and approaches that keep SKUTOPIA ahead of the curve.And Here Are Some Reasons We Think You Might Want To Join Us:We believe in building things the right way, taking a fresh look at problems and not being constrained by this is how its been done beforeWe are customer obsessed and love driving business outcomes. Our initiatives have discovery and delivery phases, and the product manager, product designer, and engineering team work closely together throughout the process.We''re mainly a remote and hybrid team and trust you to manage your own time. That said, we value collaboration and communication, so please reach out if you need help or can offer assistance. While we encourage most of the product and design team to come into the office twice a week, we recommend more in-office/warehouse time for this role, as our fulfillment center is right next door.We use Linear and Confluence for project tracking, Slack and Google Meet to stay in touch, and we try to keep meetings to a minimum.
