OverviewMontgomery Advisory is partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit a Solicitor or Senior Associate for their growing Workers Compensation practice in Sydney.The FirmOur client is a leading national commercial law firm, known for delivering high-quality legal services across a wide range of practice areas. Their Workers Compensation team is recognised for its depth of expertise and commitment to client service, acting for government bodies, scheme agents, self-insurers, and major corporate employers.The RoleYou will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a variety of complex matters. These include the defence and management of psychological injury claims, advising on risk and injury management strategies, and handling Lead Scheme Agent matters.
