The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting requirement analysis, providing management consulting, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products, and offering ongoing support and training for end-users.
