About the role The Founding Partners Program (dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/) is a 12month venture building journey giving you the opportunity to launch and grow your own consulting office while being supported by Do Well Do Goods name, track record, expert network, consulting team, processes and tools. Business Development & Strategy Build and grow your own client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization. Drive 20+ business meetings per month. Define your office strategy, expand your local expert network and shape sustainable business opportunities. Client Project Delivery Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDGs senior experts and consulting staff. Join an international cohort of 510 Founding Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities. Participate in monthly cohort calls and DWDGs annual inperson meeting in Paris. Growth Targets & Remuneration Target 500K revenue in Year1 to demonstrate traction. Gain 3080% of project revenue in Year1 depending on your role in delivery. Receive up to 30% equity options when the subsidiary is established in your city. Reach longterm upside with potential valuation up to 1M. Profile Minimum 4years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) or 3+years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, with proven ability to convince clients and build teams. Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonation) is a strong plus. Currently freelance. At least 5years living in one of our target cities with a strong local network. Entrepreneurial and aligned with DWDGs values and philosophy. Ready to start January (fulltime not required). No conflict of interest with current role. Willing to dedicate 3050% of your time (1012hours/week minimum), with flexibility to scale up.
