Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager, Residential Care will work closely with an engaged Executive Leadership Team and Board to shape strategy, strengthen systems, and bring the vision to life. You build capable teams, back your leaders and foster a culture where people feel safe to lead and grow.
