As the Enterprise and Employability Partner (Student Employment) within Graduate Futures, youll play a critical role in shaping programs that empower students to thrive in life and work. You will contribute to the design, optimisation, and enhancement of programs and initiatives in education and employability, ensuring alignment with the Universitys strategic objectives and the changing needs of students and stakeholders. You will connect with employers to promote opportunities for our students and build contribute to building our students employability skills through innovative offerings, With our diverse collection of programs, the Graduate Futures team aims to support our students to have access to transformative experiences whilst at university. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, insight, and impact. What You Will Do Shape and deliver impactful programs within student employment, using your expertise to design, refine, and optimise initiatives that drive student success. Provide strategic advice and guidance, leveraging deep knowledge in Student Employment and Career and Leadership Development Stay ahead of the curve, monitoring emerging trends and best practices to embed innovation and continuous improvement into everything you do. Lead research and analysis to inform evidencebased decisions and ensure programs align with Faculty goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Build and strengthen partnerships across industry, government, and community to enrich offerings and create meaningful experiential opportunities for students.
