Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener We are proud to be a leading provider of corporate medicine in Australia. With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, Sonic HealthPlus delivers Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to corporate and community groups. About the Role We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener to join our Bunbury Clinic in Western Australia on a fulltime basis, working 38 hours a week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, the role involves managing a variety of tasks and customer demands, including reception, administration, medical screening and support for clinical testing. Duties Reception and general administration duties Processing medical bookings Results management Administering health questionnaires Conducting preliminary medical assessments Specimen collection (including supervision of drug and alcohol testing) Audiometry testing Spirometry testing Invoicing Candidate Requirements Wellorganised with excellent administration skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Detailoriented with a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients Previous medical/clinical and/or receptionist experience is highly regarded; onthejob training will be provided Why Join Us?
