Backed by PETRONAS, were delivering large-scale solar and storage projects that make a real impact on communities and the environmentThe RoleThis is a key leadership role shaping Gentaris culture in raising the bar on how clean energy is delivered within Australian communities to Australian consumers. As part of the global delivery team, your task is to bring our solar and storage projects into reality. You and your team will be responsible for the overall management of the delivery of our large-scale utility projects, taking them from Final Investment Decision, design, construction and to operational handover.Your impactManage end-to-end delivery of utility-scale renewable projects.Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Establish and strengthen team cohesion.Implement systems, best practices, and operating cadences.Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.What you bringProven experience in large-scale utility project delivery in Australia managing from contract negotiation through to completion stages within energy, construction or infrastructure.Experienced in turning around difficult or high-pressure scenarios.Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills.Multitasker able to manage multiple programs of work simultaneously.Ability to travel and be on site.Impact: Play a critical role in achieving Gentaris ambitious renewable targets.Leadership: Be part of a global clean energy leader with local expertise.Innovation: Work on cutting-edge solar and storage projects shaping Australias energy future.Apply NowIf you have experience managing utility-scale projects in energy or infrastructure, thrive in complex environments, and want to make a real impact, wed love to hear from you.
