Were looking for a experienced Software Engineer whos passionate about solving real problems, shaping scalable systems, and lifting the technical bar across teams. Youll work in a collaborative, high-performing environment where your code and your ideas make a genuine impact. Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions Collaborate with BAs, QAs, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-quality, business-ready features Mentor other engineers and set the standard for clean, testable, maintainable code Drive platform modernisation by helping migrate legacy systems to modern architectures Improve processes, automation, and team efficiency through smart technical decisions Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response Promote responsible use of AI and new technologies within the engineering team Qualifications Strong experience in software engineering with a modern tech stack (preferably .NET, C#, Web API, .NET Core) Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing Experience designing and delivering scalable systems in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP) Solid understanding of design patterns, clean code, and architecture principles Skilled at debugging, performance tuning, and improving system reliability Comfortable mentoring others and working across disciplines to get things done Practical mindset progress over perfection Tech we use (and love) C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, Cognito), Docker, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus, Grafana, and more.
