About the Role Driving Growth Across Orros Full Portfolio Step into a highimpact growth role focused on expanding Orros integrated solutions portfolioincluding Cyber Security (SOC, MDR, Cyber Assurance, Consulting), Networking, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, and Managed Services. With a strong pipeline and warm accounts ready to activate, your mission is to uncover opportunity, build commercial momentum, and drive revenue growth across the midmarket VIC region. Hunting with a Head Start Bring a new business mindset to existing and prospective clients. Youll work alongside our inside sales, direct sales, and client engagement teams to identify opportunity, shape compelling value propositions, and cocreate winning proposals. What Youll Bring to the Table A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus) 3+ years of success in technology sales with a strong hunter mindset, ideally in new business development and account growth roles Proven ability to activate warm accounts, close complex deals, and deliver revenue growth Experience across one or more of Orros solution areas including Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, or Managed Services; MSP background highly regarded A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to align cross functional teams and influence stakeholders Strategic, commercially minded, and motivated to exceed growth targets Willing and able to travel to support client engagement and opportunity development Even if you dont tick every box, dont let that hold you back.
