OverviewPeople Partner position at St Vincent''s Health Australia. Based at the Iconic St Vincents Private Hospital Sydney. This is a full-time permanent role.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. The People Partner will join the People Partner Team within the SVHA People and Culture Team. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering- Private Hospitals, you will provide consistent advice and support to managers and employees regarding all people related matters.The People Partner provides support to the Senior People Partner in supporting key stakeholders through case management of matters regarding workforce procedures including grievances, misconduct and performance management. The People Partner role is key in supporting the Senior People Partners in change management initiatives.Key responsibilitiesProvide appropriate advice and support to management, supervisors and employees in the full range of people related matters.
