As the face of the centre, you will build strong partnerships with families, guide educators with clarity and support, and shape a positive, professional culture. You will support the Centre Manager across operations, quality, and team leadership. Your role includes shared responsibility for family engagement, educator support, administration, and maintaining high standards of practice and presentation. You know how to build connection with families, uplift your team, and create a calm, positive environment for children and staff. You will bring: Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) A Minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Manager and previous experience in an Assistant Director role is required Strong understanding of QLD regulations, NQF, and NQS Current Blue Card Child protection training Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications Experience with CCS, compliance, and administrative systems Excellent communication, judgement, and interpersonal skills A steady, relationshipcentred leadership style Why Youll Love Working With Us This is more than a leadership role.
