You will bring: Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) A Minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Manager and previous experience in an Assistant Director role is required Strong understanding of QLD regulations, NQF, and NQS Current Blue Card Child protection training Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications Experience with CCS, compliance, and administrative systems Excellent communication, judgement, and interpersonal skills A steady, relationshipcentred leadership style Why Youll Love Working With Us This is more than a leadership role.
