Success in this role requires extensive travel across our properties, engaging with teams on the ground to ensure consistency, innovation, and impact across multiple locations. This role can be based in either Brisbane, Toowoomba, Roma, Emerald, Mt Isa, Julia Creek and report to ourExecutive General Manager Pastoral Operations. As Cropping Manager, youll take charge of : Planning and executing winter and summer cropping programs across dryland and irrigated systems. Aligning forage production with feedlot and backgrounding nutritional needs. Leading pasture development to support livestock operations. Applying agronomic expertise to improve yields, soil health, and longterm sustainability. Operating and maintaining key farming equipment and irrigation systems. Collaborating with feedlot teams to forecast and fulfil internal feed requirements. Managing budgets and reporting on crop performance and seasonal conditions. Championing safety and compliance across all cropping activities. Engaging stakeholders across stations, feedlots, and external partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
