Well regarded in their space, with the agility of a boutique and the rigor and discipline of institutional platformsThe transaction management team is a middle office function which bridges investment execution, compliance, and ongoing portfolio management, with a strong focus on financial modelling and communication.In this role, you will co-lead a team of analysts, overseeing a portfolio of complex transactions and developing robust fund models maximising investor returns, cashflow and to meet complex legal arrangements. Working closely with internal and external stakeholdersYou will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous risk management controls, ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
