The Role: Centre Manager As Centre Manager, youll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the centre. Youll guide and mentor your team, ensure excellence in learning and compliance, and create an environment where children, families, and educators feel a true sense of belonging. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day centre operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and best practice Build a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development Drive excellent educational outcomes aligned to the EYLF and National Quality Framework Maintain strong relationships with families and the local community Manage enrolments, rostering, staffing, and budgets to meet occupancy and performance goals Prepare for and lead assessment and rating processes with confidence Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and staff is always prioritized About You Youre a capable and values-driven leader who brings calm, clarity, and consistency. You communicate well, solve problems proactively, and know how to lift a team through supportive leadership.
