The successful candidate will inspire customers, build forwardlooking AI offerings and lead Fujitsu Oceanias AI capability. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Plan, develop and deliver OceanAsia leading AI offerings to our customers. Engage in presales activities with potential customers at all levels to win new business. Develop proposals for customer solutions and lead responses to tenders. Identify and prioritise opportunities for IP development and lead the creation of solutions. Provide leadership and oversight of AI delivery projects to ensure quality delivery. Contribute to leadership and direction for Fujitsus AI & Data business unit. Manager, mentor and grow the Oceania AI team. Plan resourcing for projects to best meet customer requirements. Drive a highperformance delivery culture. Liaise with colleagues across Oceania to ensure everyone understands our AI capabilities and the value we provide for customers. Provide thoughtleadership on AI for customers, colleagues and the public through blog posts, podcasts and presentations at events. Collaborate with Fujitsu teams globally to ensure alignment of AI offerings. Collaborate with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Databricks to plan joint gotomarket offerings. Requirements Essential Demonstrated AI thought leadership. Proven track record in building and leading an AI/data science team of 10+ people. Strong experience of endtoend leadership and delivery of enterprise AI programmes. Excellent understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle, operating models, best practices and MLOps/LLMops. Strong AI solution design capability with enterprise architecture literacy. Extensive cloud experience with knowledge of both Azure and AWS. Exceptional presales capability, Csuite presentations, RFPs / tenders, negotiations and pipeline development. Desirable Background in consulting, strategy or industryspecific experience (Government, Utilities, Healthcare, Finance). Experience implementing AI solutions on the Databricks platform. Experience of data platform architectures and implementation. Experience of delivering OT and IoT solutions. Knowledge or experience of computer vision solutions. Why Fujitsu?
