You will:Shape and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring strong market fit and alignment with growth targetsLead go-to-market launches, coordinating pricing, systems integration, collateral and campaignsManage the full product lifecycle, from continuous improvement to rationalisation and discontinuationDrive market intelligence and pricing strategy, analysing competitors and reporting on performanceAct as the hub of product knowledge, training and equipping teams and distributor partnersEnsure all products meet sustainability commitments and compliance standards in Australia and the USAAbout You8+ years experience in product management, ideally in durable goods, manufacturing or related industriesBachelors degree in industrial design, engineering, business or similarProfessional qualifications or experience in industrial design highly regardedProven success in cross-functional product launches and lifecycle managementCommercially astute with strong analytical and pricing expertiseSkilled in systems thinking and efficiency (e.g. BOM management, production optimisation)A confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external partnersPassionate about innovation, sustainability and design excellenceHow Success Will Be MeasuredEvidence of strong product-market fit through customer feedback, adoption and sales growthOn-time, in-full and within-budget delivery of product launchesEffective lifecycle management with a rationalised portfolio, reduced part complexity and timely discontinuationsAccurate and timely pricing updates and competitor analysisHigh-quality, up-to-date collateral and documentationStrong cross-functional collaboration and effective team trainingNo agencies please.
