Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design: Lead the design of Appian applications by understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of Appian investments.Leadership: Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices.Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end Appian implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, to delight customers and ensure our commitment to high quality outcomes.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven insights.Innovation: Stay abreast of new Appian features and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to enhance client outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to align solutions with client objectives.
