About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with at least 45 years of experience in Product Management to manage the SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform. Experience within startups and subjectmatter expertise in shipping, logistics, and eCommerce is highly regarded. Experience building and deploying lowcode/nocode apps is valuable. Key Responsibilities Strategy, Roadmap & Execution Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform. Lead initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating closely with crossfunctional partners across Product, Design, and Engineering. User Discovery Conduct discovery sessions with end users to identify pain points and uncover new opportunities. Evaluate whether challenges should be addressed through core product engineering or rapid lowcode/nocode experimentation. Rapid Prototyping & Solution Building Build and deploy MVPs or internal tools using lowcode/nocode platforms to validate new opportunities. Ensure solutions evolve with the business and manage the graceful transition or sunset of tools as needed. Adoption & Iteration Promote adoption and collect feedback to iterate quickly. Track success using both qualitative and quantitative metrics. CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, growth, operations, and product teams to align with technical and business objectives. Market Awareness Stay current with ecommerce, shipping trends and emerging lowcode/nocode technologies. Proactively recommend tools and approaches that keep SKUTOPIA ahead of the curve. Discovery and delivery phases involve tight collaboration between product managers, product designers, and engineers. The team is primarily remote and hybrid, with occasional inoffice or warehouse presence.
