Were seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team in Sydney, Australia to cover an eight month parental leave contract. This is a critical position that goes beyond typical EA responsibilities providing highlevel administrative and strategic support for the CRO and the global sales and marketing team. About the Role : As the Executive Assistant to the CRO you will : Prepare presentations for board meetings, internal updates and risk reporting. Manage peoplerelated tasks such as succession planning and development plans. Handle calendar and travel arrangements for the CRO and wider leadership team as required. Manage expense reporting Provide operational support for revenue tasks including weekly forecast reporting and pipeline analysis. Coordinate TransTasman Sales Conferences and Quarterly Business Reviews. Support the sales team with administrative tasks including forecast commentary and report troubleshooting. Prepare briefing reports and track internal projects. Respond to customer communications directed to the CRO. Document and improve processes. Support responses to customer procurement tenders. Serve as the local Australian contact for the global EROAD team. Skills and Experience : Were looking for someone with proven experience in an executive assistant or similar sales administration background and possess skills such as : Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives ideally within a sales or revenuedriven environment. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and reporting platforms. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Zoom and relevant database or workflow tools used within EROAD.
