The role: Lead Educator Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices Champion children''s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.
