Role Overview The COO will oversee multiple areas of the business, including retail, marketing, eCommerce, logistics, and operations. Reporting to the Board, you will be accountable for overall business performance, profitability, and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Leading strategic planning and execution to support business growth Driving revenue and operational performance across retail, digital, and marketing channels Optimizing eCommerce operations, customer experience, merchandising, and logistics Ensuring efficient workflows, team alignment, and operational discipline Supporting financial planning, forecasting, and cost management Collaborating with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives About You You are an accomplished senior executive with experience in retail or consumer businesses. You bring commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and proven leadership capabilities to drive growth and operational excellence.
