Loved by locals and known across Melbourne for warm hospitality, high end product and service and a thriving functions offering, we''re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the next chapter of our venue.This is a senior, predominantly office based leadership role ideal for someone who''s highly organised, systems-driven, commercially sharp and confident leading from both the office and the floor.Youll also play a key leadership role during an upcoming venue renovation, ensuring operations stay strong, communication is clear, and the project elevates the guest and staff experience.
