About the roleClubs WA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth and impact. This parttime role (2030 hours a week) will oversee the operations of the organisation, ensuring it continues to effectively support and represent the interests of its member clubs across Western Australia.What you''ll be doingProvide strong leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring it delivers on its strategic objectivesManage and oversee the daytoday operations of Clubs WA, including financial management, HR, training and stakeholder engagementRepresent Clubs WA externally, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including government, industry bodies, and member clubsDrive the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that support and benefit Clubs WA''s member clubsEnsure Clubs WA''s compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirementsLead, motivate, and develop the Clubs WA team to enable them to effectively support the organisation''s objectivesWhat we''re looking forExtensive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the notforprofit or association environmentProven track record of driving strategic change and delivering results in a complex stakeholder environmentStrong financial management and business acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and ensure financial sustainabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsDemonstrated experience in leading and developing highperforming teamsFamiliarity with RTO operations or training programmes is an advantageWhy Join UsThis is your chance to make a real difference in Western Australias club sector.
