We''re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to elevate our brands, strengthen our digital presence, and accelerate our direct-to-consumer (B2C) growth across Australia and New Zealand reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your Impact You will lead the strategic direction and execution of Infa Group''s marketing visionbuilding deeper connections with families while driving measurable growth online and in-store. This role blends creative brand leadership with strong commercial and digital expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement marketing strategies that grow awareness, advocacy, and sales across multiple brands and categories. Evolve brand storytelling across InfaSecure, Grotime, and partner brands to reflect innovation, heritage, and trust. Deliver powerful, family-focused campaigns that connect emotionally and drive measurable engagement. Own and lead Infa Group''s website and eCommerce strategy, driving traffic, conversion, and sustained B2C sales growth. Oversee digital performance channels including paid social, search, EDMs, and affiliates. Optimise the company''s websites for user experience (UX), SEO, and on-site conversioncreating seamless customer journeys from awareness to purchase. Partner with internal and external digital teams to continually enhance site content, speed, design, and performance reporting. Leverage CRM data and insights to personalise engagement and improve customer lifetime value. Develop and execute seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and retail activations in partnership with key retailers across Australia and New Zealand. Deliver localised brand activations, influencer campaigns, and social programs that strengthen brand advocacy. Plan and manage marketing budgets and retail partnerships to ensure efficiency and impact. Lead and mentor a passionate marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results. Work cross-functionally with Product Development, R&D, and Sales to ensure alignment on brand, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives. Negotiate and manage key partnerships, agencies, and vendor relationships to deliver growth outcomes and mitigate risk. Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position. What You''ll Bring Proven success leading digital and brand marketing functions in a multi-channel retail or consumer brand environment. Minimum 4-5 years of marketing leadership experience required. Strong experience driving website traffic growth and B2C sales performance. Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver double-digit eCommerce sales growth. Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics. A passion for family brands and storytelling with purpose.
