The opportunity Were looking for a driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Discovery squad one of Pet Circles four core missions. This squad is responsible for delivering a seamless, personalised product discovery and search experience across our app and web platforms. With a catalogue of 15,000+ SKUs and hundreds of thousands of active customers, this role plays a critical part in helping customers uncover products they didnt know they needed, discover complementary items, and ultimately make Pet Circle their goto destination for pet care. What Youll Be Doing Own the product strategy and roadmap for discovery and personalisation across app and web, aligned to company and mission goals. Deliver measurable outcomes tied to lifetime value, average order value, categories per order, purchase frequency, and revenue from recommendations. Run structured hypothesisdriven experimentation and A/B testing to validate ideas and prioritise initiatives. Leverage AI and personalisation tools (both inhouse and external) to provide highly contextual recommendations and scalable discovery experiences. Lead a crossfunctional squad to deliver highquality features on time and to scope. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across CX, Operations, Marketing and beyond to align and build buyin. Present progress and strategy to senior leadership, influencing company direction in discovery and personalisation. The ideal toolbox 5+ years of product management experience in consumerfacing, hightraffic B2C environments. Proven track record delivering financial outcomes through product (LTV, AOV, purchase frequency, crosssell). Strong handson experience with analytics and product insight tools (Looker preferred, plus tools such as FullStory, GA, HotJar). Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks and hypothesisdriven development. Experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and agile practices. Ability to lead crossfunctional squads and collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to influence senior leadership. Highly datadriven, outcomeoriented and curious driven to deeply understand customer behaviour and pain points. Nice to have Experience with AI/MLdriven products and recommendation systems. Background in ecommerce or marketplace platforms. Ability to manage and optimise discovery within large catalogues (10k+ SKUs) and highvolume environments. Experience with customer retention, personalisation or LTV strategies. Role location This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our petfriendly offices.
