Working closely with a team of Enrolled Nurses supervised by Clinical Registered Nurses, youll use your clinical knowledge to deliver safe, holistic and clientcentred care. Your Responsibilities Will Include Coordinating care plans and supporting client onboarding Providing clinical advice within your scope and guidance to field nurses Supporting case management using our Sandwai software Monitoring referrals, feedback, incidents and escalations Maintaining wound care supplies and consumables What Were Looking For 35 years experience as an Enrolled Nurse (community nursing desirable) Background in risk assessment skills within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse Competence in recognising client deterioration and implementing strategies Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Requirements Diploma of Nursing certificate with current AHPRA Registration National Police Clearance & DHS Clearances (NDIS, WWCC) Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certifications Current Drivers Licence About Pop Up Health We specialise in providing personalised healthcare services that respect the dignity and independence of our clients.
