Director Capital Markets In the role of Director, you will join the Capital Markets team thats doubling down on owning it! Each day, youll go above and beyond to: Endtoend management and execution of wholesale AUD bond transactions, from pricing to settlement Leadership and mentoring within the Capital Markets Origination & Distribution (CMOD) team Building trusted relationships with issuers, investors, and key internal and external stakeholders Driving strategic input into business direction and commercial agreements Championing operational excellence, risk management, and process innovation Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need: A track record of experience in the financial markets industry, with a focus on debt capital markets Proven track record in syndicate, origination, or treasury roles Deep knowledge of Australian and offshore wholesale debt capital markets Demonstrated expertise in executing primary securitisation transactions and managing complex deals Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar, with preference for postgraduate and AFMA accreditation Diversity and Inclusion A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
