Location: APM Joondalup, Western Australia, Australia Podiatrist Our homecare sector is looking for a Podiatrist to join our team on a parttime or fulltime basis. For the right candidate, this role offers a salary range $130k160k which is negotiable based on experience and includes super, bonuses and travel allowance. In this role, you will provide highquality treatment to our clients to ensure optimal health outcomes. This encompasses assessment, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation in a multidisciplinary community setting. Responsibilities Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality podiatry services tailored to individual client needs using a personcentred approach. Conducting assessments and providing interventions in clients homes. Engaging with Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other health professionals to provide effective patient care. Writing reports and treatment management plans that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers. Reflecting our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence. Creating and maintaining effective relationships with case managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in community settings. Enjoyment of working with older adults and adult disability demographics. Full working rights in Australia. Clean drivers licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance. Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
