Grade 1 / Grade 2 Podiatrist Full Time 12 month Contract 12 month contract, Full Time. About the role Active member of the podiatry team, providing holistic client centred podiatric care to members of the Hume and Whittlesea communities. Applying evidence based clinical skills and knowledge in the treatment of podiatric conditions. Work in multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client centred care plans. Be involved in quality assurance and service development projects to enhance innovative and efficient practices. Supervise Grade 1 staff members, podiatry students and Allied Health Assistants & Podiatry Technicians. Liaise with external partners to ensure a quality service is provided to our communities. Actively engage in team meetings and case discussions both within the podiatry team and the Physical Wellbeing team. About you Qualification in Podiatry with registration as a podiatrist with AHPRA. Sound theoretical knowledge base and commitment to continuing Professional Development to ensure best practice/evidence based interventions. Well-developed clinical skills and demonstrated ability to support a coordinated approach by working with a range of stakeholders to improve health outcomes as agreed with your clients. A minimum of 2-3 years working as Podiatrist. Applicants with less experience will be considered. Enjoy working within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team environment.
