About the role Take the reins of Perths most renowned hotel as General Manager of Parmelia Hilton Perth. Youll lead the daily operations of this vibrant property, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable performance. Reporting to Hiltons regional leadership, youll work closely with corporate stakeholders and property owners, ensuring strong alignment between commercial results, brand standards, and long-term strategic goals. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing hotel operations and guest experiences across rooms, events, and dining Leading, mentoring, and empowering department heads and a large, multi-skilled team Driving profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining Hilton standards Building trusted relationships with owners, Hilton corporate representatives, and the local community Embedding Hiltons Travel with Purpose sustainability vision into daily operations and long-term strategy Travel with Purpose Hiltons global ESG platform, Travel with Purpose, drives responsible hospitality and measurable social and environmental impact.
