As we continue to expand, were seeking a handson Head of Operations and Culture to lead daily operations while shaping a high-performing, values-driven team. This is not a deskbound management role. Youll be active in the businessimproving systems, lifting efficiency, supporting your team and driving a strong operational rhythm. What Youll Lead In this role, youll take responsibility for: Managing daily operations and workflow across Production Assembly, Warehouse, Inventory and Purchasing Enhancing efficiency through systems, processes and technology platforms Leading team meetings, onboarding, training and development Maintaining strong client retention through reliable, premium service Owning reporting dashboards, KPIs and operational metrics Championing a fun, professional culture built on collaboration, accountability and our core values (Quality, Integrity, Relationships, Innovation) Are You the Right Fit? Were looking for someone who blends operational discipline with valuesdriven leadership.
