As part of Accentures leading consulting team, you will partner with Australias top organisations to design and deliver futureready HR functions that drive business performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead largescale HR transformation programs across multiple industries. Shape and deliver HR operating models and organisation designs, ensuring alignment to business strategy. Drive the endtoend design and development of HR processes, embedding leading practices and digital solutions. Partner with clients on HR function redesigns, including offshoring and outsourcing strategies, to optimise service delivery and workforce outcomes. Manage and mentor highperforming teams, building capability across the practice. Develop trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on people and HR function transformation. Contribute to business development through thought leadership, leading proposals, and account growth planning. What Were Looking For Experience in HR function operating model and organisation design. Experience in endtoend design and development of HR function processes. Experience in working within or operating a People/HR function through a redesign, particularly offshoring and/or outsourcing. Additional Skills & Attributes Strong consulting experience within a global consulting firm or equivalent environment. Proven ability to operate at Senior Manager level managing programmes, stakeholders, and teams. Strong problemsolving, analytical, and structured thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability at Csuite level. Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
