We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Program Director for our current and future Programs within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in Brisbane, focusing on the South East Queensland region. In this role you''ll be responsible for: Providing visible leadership, direction and guidance to operational managers and functional leads in resolving complex issues Lead and Maintain oversight of operations, cost controls and performance across all core project and service delivery activities Maintaining adherence to established benchmarks of HSEQ, cost and program performance through effective management reviews Maintaining an effective program reporting structure to measure and communicate performance to the operational management team and the client Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline systems and processes Ensuring the program activities are adequately resourced taking into consideration all variables including project complexity, client requirements and budget constraints Liaising with key client and employee representatives and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. How you''ll connect to the role: Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, commercial/ finance, business or other relevant field Extensive experience in the successful management of a large and complex infrastructure delivery program People-centric Leader, with experience motivating leaders and entrenching an open-minded, trusting and inclusive Experience and proven capability to work collaboratively with clients in a relationship contracting model Strong client liaison skills, client relationship development & management are key in addition to an ambitious and driven personality Strong water infrastructure construction experience preferred Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan''s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
