Bed Bath N'' Table is seeking a Head of Buying & Product Development to drive our product strategy and lead a talented team in delivering a market-leading range that excites our customers and achieves continuous growth. The Head of Buying & Product Development leads the performance of all product categories by developing and implementing a commercially viable, marketleading product strategy. This role inspires and energises the product team to deliver a balanced, onbrand range that excites customers and drives profit growth, while consistently upholding BBNTs core values of Accountability, Leading by Example, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Enjoyment. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will: Responsibilities Develop and execute a commercially viable product strategy aligned with BBNTs strategic and financial objectives. Lead and inspire the product team to source, develop, and buy products that reflect our brand and target market. Manage the endtoend range development cycle, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Build strong supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with creative and crossfunctional teams to bring products to life across all channels. What Were Looking For Strong product strategy, planning, and category management expertise. Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in a similar role within the homewares industry. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team. Uptodate knowledge of trends and competitor landscape, locally and internationally. Highlevel organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for homewares.
