Lead a boutique street art inspired hotel in the heart of Fortitude Valley Opportunity to take this hotel to new levels and immerse yourself in the culture of this one-of-a-kind property Strong career advancement opportunities within a growing boutique hotel group Hands-on support from an experienced and engaged Group Leadership team The Constance Hotel in Fortitude Valley is a truly unique streetart inspired property, ideally located to capture guests from the emerging corporate precinct while maintaining its reputation for those seeking the arts, entertainment and restaurant culture the Valley is famous for. The property comprises 65 rooms by worldclass street artists, a rooftop bar, restaurant and a groundfloor function space. We are seeking a driven and handson General Manager to lead this wellestablished operation. We welcome applications from both experienced GM''s and firsttime GMs stepping up from reputable boutique or major hotel brands, provided you have led sizable teams and demonstrated strong operational capability. The successful candidate will bring a track record of delivering results across financial performance, guest satisfaction and team engagement, with the hunger and commercial acumen to continue growing this standout property. Experience in revenue management, sales leadership and working closely with owners or partner operators will be highly regarded.
