Were looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to lead their national broker and direct sales channels, drive scalable growth, and elevate our market presence. What youll do Lead and develop a high-performing national Sales Team (BDMs + Inside Sales). Own the sales strategy, budget, forecasts and operating rhythm. Grow SME loan originations and strengthen broker, aggregator and partner relationships. Drive broker acquisition, activation and share of wallet across key partners. Lead Inside Sales performance and align with Marketing on lead generation and conversion. Represent our client at industry events and manage senior commercial relationships. Develop playbooks, sales processes and best-practice CRM usage (Salesforce). Ensure strong governance, accurate forecasting and data-driven decision making. What youll bring 8+ years in B2B financial services sales, ideally SME lending and broker/third-party channels. Proven leadership of multi-state field sales and inside sales teams. Strong relationships across key broker aggregators and industry bodies. Commercial, data-driven mindset with deep understanding of SME credit & pricing.
