There will also be some advisory work in this role. The team have successfully acted on some of the largest, high profile infrastructure matters in Australia. The team operate on a nationally collaborative basis and you will have the opportunity to work across a multi-disciplinary practice.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:2-4 years post-admission experience as a lawyer, with a strong academic recordStrong litigation and/or disputes experience gained within a reputable commercial law firmExperience working on major projects and infrastructure disputes and a desire to focus your career in this space will be highly advantageousStrong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detailDedication and commitment to ensuring the highest client serviceAbility to work both autonomously and within a teamThe Major Projects & Construction TeamThe Major Projects & Construction team is one of the largest dedicated projects practices in the Asia Pacific region, working on some of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region for public and private participants.We advise the full spectrum of participants, from owners, developers and project sponsors to Federal, State and Local Government agencies, financiers, project managers, consultants and contractors.
