Duties Working alongside a dedicated family law team, you will handle all aspects of family law matters, for example. Complex Property & Parenting Matters Financial Agreements Spousal Maintenance Applications Same Sex and LGBTIQA+ Family Law Matters Divorce Applications International Family Law Skills & experience The ideal candidate will have be a talented & passionate senior level Family Lawyer (eg. currently at Partner or Special Counsel level) with proven ''runs on the board'' and the following attributes: a solid background in Family Law within a recognised family law practice; LIV Accredited Family Law Specialisation ideal (not essential) able to ''hit the ground running'' and be a willing mentor; a commercial mindset with a passion to further grow the family law practice; the ability to work autonomously and contribute your knowledge & expertise; strong communication skills and ''client service'' focus.
