Senior Software Engineer Digital Experience 6month maxterm contract with the possibility of extension. Sydney with a hybrid work model. About The Role Were seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our highperforming Digital Experience team in Technology & Operations, creating functional and engaging web applications and microservices that enhance our Digital Insurance offerings. In this role, youll design, develop, and support scalable, customerfocused solutions, contribute to the Agile development lifecycle, and apply DevOps and Continuous Integration practices. Youll ensure all solutions meet quality standards, align with our technical environment, and deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business success. What Youll Do Lead design and implementation of guidelines and frameworks to embed quality, automation, and security into CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical leadership in automation, CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring. Guide teams on best practices and requirements, including high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance. Analyse requirements, develop technical designs, and maintain digital applications. Perform unit and integration testing, execute test plans, and support later testing phases. What Youll Bring 4+ years software engineering experience across multiple programming languages. 3+ years experience leading, mentoring, and advising engineering teams. Strong frontend skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, and Java; proficient in API development with Spring Boot and RESTful design. Experience supporting highavailability production systems. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, API integration, component customisation and Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) implementation experience desirable.
