With rapid team growth, we''re searching for a people-first, handson and technically capable Head of Operations to build the operational engine that will support national expansion. This role will focus on structure, systems, processes, and people. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fastpaced startup environments, loves solving operational inefficiencies, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute meaningful change. Whats In It For You The chance to work directly with a supportive CEO who values innovation and input A business with a strong culture, awards and recognition programs Employee shares You Will Be Designing and improving system architecture across their CRM, internal tools, dashboards and integrations. Leading the uplift of all operational processes across customer service, installations, scheduling, and field operations. Mapping, refining and automating SOPs to reduce manual work and build scalable, efficient workflows. Restructuring and supporting the operations team to ensure alignment, clarity, and better crossfunctional performance. Partnering closely with the Service Delivery Manager to streamline installations and project delivery. Driving adoption of better reporting, data flows, and operational visibility. Coaching and developing leaders, closing gaps, and supporting a smoother operational cadence. Working with suppliers, stakeholders, and HR to ensure smooth daytoday operations. You Are Technically strong across CRM optimisation, workflow automation, API connections, dashboards, and datadriven decisionmaking. A strategic operational leader who can both build strategy and execute it. Experienced in fastgrowth environments ideally in a scaleup, renewable energy, construction, electrical, or service delivery setting. Someone with exposure to operational tech and process design; preferably in solar or electrical engineering. Comfortable stepping into the detail, solving problems quickly, and working in a fastpaced business. Strong people leadership skills - can uplift capability where gaps exist. Someone who enjoys agile execution, and thrives in environments where systems are evolving.
