A rare opportunity exists for an exceptional Senior Property Portfolio Manager to become the right hand to the Head of Property and play a lead role in transforming the way our National portfolio is managed. Youll take charge of a major transition project, selecting and onboarding top-performing real estate agencies across the country and ensuring our property portfolio runs at its absolute best. Key Responsibilities Lead the full transition of the sub-lease portfolio to external management Act as the primary escalation point for external agents and internal stakeholders Identify, assess and shortlist high-performing property agencies with strong leasing and management capability across all regions Manage the proposal, evaluation and appointment process Oversee complete and accurate handover of documentation, tenancy schedules, financials and operational data. Manage and drive external agent performance to ensure service standards and performance of the portfolio. Ensure accurate charges, recoveries, arrears and application of lease terms Mentor internal team members and manage the agency appointments Lead continuous improvement, standardisation and digitisation initiatives within the property function.
