General Manager Recruitment - Digital, Marketing and Design Specialist Brand Director - Womens RTW Fashion Sydney-Based | Full-Time My Client is searching for an exceptional Brand Director to lead the brand vision and creative direction for a fast-growing womens ready-to-wear fashion brand. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving brand consistency, elevating our storytelling, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand''s aesthetic and strategic goals. As the Brand Director, you will oversee and mentor the entire Brand team, including Marketing, PR, Graphics, Website, and Content, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all channels. They are seeking a dynamic, confident, and highly creative leader with a deep understanding of womens fashion and a natural alignment with their brands visual identity. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture strategy with handson execution, and who can inspire a team to deliver exceptional, elevated work. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Design team to shape brand messaging, bring campaigns to life, and ensure all creative and communication outputs reinforce the brand vision and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full Brand team: Marketing, PR, Graphics, Website, and Content. Own the brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and aspirational identity. Partner with the Creative Director and Design team to deliver aligned, onbrand storytelling. Oversee campaign development, seasonal launches, and brandled initiatives. Drive brandled innovation across channels, ensuring worldclass content and digital experiences. Maintain a deep understanding of the brands customers, market trends, and competitive landscape. Mentor, inspire, and develop a highperforming inhouse brand and creative team. Who They''re Looking For A proven leader with significant experience in womens fashion or premium RTW. Someone with a strong visual eye, refined taste level, and innate understanding of brand aesthetics. A strategic thinker who can translate creative vision into effective brand and marketing execution. Highly collaborative and confident working crossfunctionally with Creative, Design, and senior leadership. Experienced in guiding large teams and managing multiple brand channels simultaneously. Passionate about creating elevated, impactful brand experiences with consistency and clarity.
