Director of Operations (Deputy Chief Operations Officer) Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation with a proud 50 year history in the Northern Territory. We provide Disability and Therapy Services for children, adolescents and adults, through Allied Health, Independent Living and skill development programs. About the opportunity The Director of Operations (Deputy Chief Operations Officer) provides strategic and operational leadership across Carpentarias core service delivery programs including Supported Accommodation Services, Out of Home Care (OoHF), Ready for Home (RFH) and the Pathways Program. This role ensures high quality, safe, personcentred service delivery aligned with Carpentarias governance, values and compliance frameworks along with building strong, capable leadership teams that deliver sustainable growth and exceptional participant outcomes. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across Carpentaria''s core service delivery programs including Supported Accommodation Services, Out of Home Care (OoHF), Ready for Home (RFH) and the Pathways Program. Ensure highquality, safe, personcentred service delivery aligned with Carpentarias governance, values and compliance frameworks. Build strong, capable leadership teams that deliver sustainable growth and exceptional participant outcomes.
