About the Oscar Wylee Joint Venture Partnership Opportunity Our core focus is to support owneroperated Optical professionals to build successful businesses. Our Joint Venture Partnership program is available for experienced Store Managers ready to become business owners and partners. As the Retail Partner you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the store with your team. You will be innovative and focused on maximising efficiency, productivity and performance of the business whilst providing a positive experience to all customers and working collaboratively with your team. You will also support the Oscar Wylee strategy, adhere to industry regulations and compliance, and promote OW as the leading destination for Optical care. You will earn a salary and receive a share of the profits. We take away the pressure of starting your own business by providing a professional support network and nurturing your leadership skills.
