Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various senior stakeholders. Lead highperforming teams in an inclusive and collaborative way. Coach and mentor others. Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges. Communicate effectively in a structured manner, with all audiences. Qualifications Track record of leading and managing highperforming teams. Strong strategy technical skills qualitative and quantitative analysis, complex problem solving, process, industry or functional experience. Firstclass problemsolving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience within a toptier consulting firm. Strong knowledge of the Financial Services landscape and opportunities to have impact. Proven experience in delivering major, highimpact transformation projects in partnership with clients. Proven history of working successfully with Clevel leadership. Working knowledge of the Australian Market. Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
