The Opportunity ANMAC is seeking a strategic, future-focused Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and sector influence. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can anticipate sector trends, drive innovation, and build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape. Key Responsibilities Champion and deliver ANMACs long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with sector transformation, regulatory changes, and emerging workforce needs. Strengthen governance and organisational capability to support future growth. Represent ANMAC at the highest levels, building trust and influence with government, regulators, education providers, members, and sector partners. Foster a high-performing executive team and a positive, future-ready organisational culture. Key Selection Criteria Visionary, future-focused executive leadership, board reporting experience, in complex, regulated environments. Proven ability to drive transformation and deliver strategic change. Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of external partners. Strong commercial acumen, governance, and compliance experience. General health sector background is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
